What is unique about The Yogic Path?
Although students may join at any time, the classes are structured in terms: Autumn, Spring and Summer. The teaching builds week by week, enabling students to consolidate their experience and to bond with each other. Our West Hampstead classes are organised in 12-week terms or 4- or 6-week blocks. This is to provide a structured and stable learning environment.
The teachers are committed to the ethics and philosophy of Yoga. They observe their students carefully and help them to progress in a nurturing learning environment. As personal development is part of the Yogic process all the teachers continue to deepen their own Yoga studies.
We teach a wide variety of Iyengar Yoga postures, relaxation and breathing techniques, reinforcing key points and introducing subtle ones. You will be able to build a foundation of practice so that you can confidently make Yoga part of your life. If you are a new student, please see our FAQ page.
Students with a medical condition are advised to attend the Therapy Yoga classes. Students with back pain are advised to attend the Yoga for Back Pain class
Please email the teacher directly for the class you wish to attend and bring with you a filled in Application Form. Visit our How to Enrol page for more details.
