Spring and Summer Yoga Courses with Mira Mehta

These courses run for five days, Monday to Friday inclusive. The morning sessions cover a topic in both theory and practice. In the afternoon there are guided practice sessions followed by pranayama or philosophy.

The Spring Courses deal with topics related to teaching. They are suitable for teachers and trainee teachers.

The Summer Courses deal with Yoga topics of general interest. They are suitable for teachers and for students with at least three years’ Yoga experience and home practice.

The Yogic Path offers teacher training leading to the following qualifications:
