How to Enrol

Spring Term 2012: 9 January - 30 March

Our classes are organised in 12-week terms or 4- or 6-week blocks. This is to provide a structured and stable learning environment. However, you may join a class at any time throughout the term.

We teach a wide variety of postures, relaxation and breathing techniques, reinforcing key points and introducing subtle ones. You will be able to build a foundation of practice so that you can confidently make Yoga part of your life.

If you have a medical condition you are advised to attend the Therapy Yoga classes.  An initial consultation is required for these classes.

How to Enrol

Please check the calendar for the teacher of the class you wish to attend and then email them directly. For classes and workshops please fill out the Application Form below. For Therapy Yoga please also fill out the Medical History Form.

Cheques for Mira Mehta’s classes should be made out to The Yogic Path.
Cheques for classes with other teachers should be made out to the teacher.
