Progressing in Yoga - Mondays
The mental calm of Yoga rests on two planks: repeated practice and
a detached attitude. This class makes students question the how, what
and why of their practice in order to gain an integrated understanding.
This class teaches:
A Wide Range of Poses
General Principles of Practice
Therapeutic Methods
Relaxation
Pranayama (Breath-Control)
Students should preferably have practised Yoga for 3 to 5 years.
The class is taught by Mira Mehta.
