Relaxation & Breath Control - Alternate Fridays 

How can anyone rushing here and there for the sake of material goods enjoy the supreme happiness of contentment and peace of mind, it is asked. Breath control is a direct means of controlling the mind.

This class teaches:
Restorative Poses
Relaxation and Visualization Techniques
Various Pranayamas Contemplative Exercises 

Students should be in regular asana practice.

The class is taught by Mira Mehta.
