Remedial Yoga - 4-Week Courses
Yoga is said to bring freedom from disease. It restores the natural
movement of joints and muscles and boosts the natural healing energies
of the body. This makes it a uniquely effective method of alleviating

Remedial Yoga is tailored to the health needs of the individual. Each
person is given a specially designed programme and follows this under
supervision.
Beginners are welcome. An initial consultation is necessary.

The courses are run by Mira Mehta, author of Yoga: the Iyengar Way,
How to Use Yoga, Health through Yoga and Yoga Explained. She has 25
years’ experience of remedial Yoga teaching. Mira is assisted by qualified
