Yoga practice detoxifies body and brain. Detoxification is helpful for health in our modern lifestyle with its highly chemicalised environment and food.
In this 4-day course Mira gives postures and sequences to cleanse, detoxify and strengthen various parts of the body. For de-stressing the mind the Yoga perspective on life is explored through teachings from relevant sources.
The course is suitable for everyone, including beginners. Participants will need to bring their own mat and Yoga equipment. Recommended reading is Mira Mehta’s book Health through Yoga.
Participants will need to bring their own Yoga equipment.
Equipments to be brought:
1) 1 mat
2) 4 or 5 Yoga blocks
3) 1 blanket
4) 1 belt
