Spring Course

Spring Course 2016

Spring Course: 11 – 15 April 2016

This course explores the inner, esoteric aspects of Yoga. These go beyond the tangible and are the drivers that make Yoga a transformative and ultimately transcendental practice. They underpin all the limbs of Yoga: ethics, self-discipline, asana, pranayama, sense-pacification and meditation practices. The course is suitable for teachers and experienced students as participants are expected to have a home practice of asanas and pranayama. The course plan is comprehensive; however, it is subject to change depending on the needs of the participants.
