Yoga: Step by Step

It is said that through persistence the diligent achieve success in
Yoga, whether they are young, old, sick or weak. These classes systematically
explore a wide variety of postures and their effect on the body-mind
complex.
They teach:
Standing, Sitting and Inverted Poses, Twists and Backbends
Relaxation and Breath Control Techniques
The Effect of Yoga Poses on Mind and Mood
The Relevance of Yoga to Life
Students with some experience of Yoga are welcome.
The Wednesday class is taught by Mira Mehta.
