Yoga postures regularly bring quick relief from pain and, because they strengthen the parts affected, have long-lasting results. For example, back pain often disappears completely.

Consultations and Classes

Therapy Yoga is tailored to the health needs of the individual.  In an initial consultation each person is given a programme appropriate to their condition and follows this under supervision in the Therapy Yoga classes.  The programme is developed over time as health improves.  Beginners are welcome

Yoga Treatments

Yoga postures are done with supports such as bolsters, blankets and chairs so as to direct the healing energies of the body to the areas affected.
